Clear guidelines and policies for using our services and courses
These Terms and Conditions govern the agreement between I-Medical Group ("we," "us," "our") and any individual ("you," "client," "student," or "model") who engages in our training courses, treatments, or practical sessions. By booking a service or course, you agree to be bound by the following terms:
1. Scope of Services These terms apply to: Training Courses: IV Vitamin Drip Therapy PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) Therapy Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) Vitamin Injection Therapy Aesthetic and SMP Treatments: Cosmetic and aesthetic procedures, including SMP, performed by certified professionals at I-Medical Group.
2. Booking and Payment For Training Courses: Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or an agreed installment plan. Payment plans are available in 3, 6, 9, or 12 interest-free installments. Installment plan users must adhere to the payment schedule. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund. For Treatments: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure treatment bookings. Full payment must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy For Training Courses: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the practical session are eligible for a refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 14 days of the practical session are non-refundable. For Treatments: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if sufficient notice is given.
4. Models for Practical Training: Models must complete consent forms before participating. Treatments on models are conducted by students under supervision for training purposes. Results may vary, and no guarantees are made. By participating as a model, you accept any risks associated with training-based treatments.
5. Media Usage Policy Use of Images and Videos: By participating in any course, treatment, or practical session, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These materials may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. No compensation will be provided for the use of these images/videos. Restrictions on Personal Recording: Students, models, and clients may not take photos or videos during sessions unless expressly permitted. Unauthorized recording may lead to legal action.
6. Liability For Courses: You are responsible for following all safety and procedural guidelines during training. We are not liable for injuries or issues resulting from improper application post-training. For Treatments: While we strive to provide the highest standard of care, we are not liable for adverse outcomes or reactions unless due to proven negligence.
7. Intellectual Property: All course materials, including manuals, videos, and diagrams, remain the property of I-Medical Group. These may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
8. Privacy and Data Protection: Personal data provided for courses or treatments will be handled in accordance with GDPR (if applicable) and used solely for administration, communication, and certification purposes.
9. Governing Law and Disputes: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Insert Country/State]. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Insert Country/State].
